| Helen Sykes | I took two vacuum cleaners in. One was an easy fix. The hose was clogged, causing it to overheat and shut down. He unplugged it and it was ready to go. The other one was making a terrible squealing sound. It was an older model, no longer under warranty. He salvaged a part from another junk machine and fixed mine. I was totally shocked to find out that he wasn't charging me anything! Awesome customer service! |
