When the tech finally made it out, he determined the compressor was the problem. He didn't have the part with him, but it was available about 30 minutes away. He said he didn't have time to go get it and had it overnighted to us. That would have been fine except he scheduled us another 2 weeks out to return to install the new compressor. |
