How else could you explain a small business like that staying in business all these years competing against the likes of Home Depot?!? I have often said; when I hear commercials say, "We're a family business," why do I give a rat's ass if your company is a family? Hell, if anything it means you hire incompetent, untrained and or unqualified people to do the work Aunt Marge is a wiz with numbers. She can be the accountant. Well, if every family business was run like Ranft, then it would mean something but they're usually not. And the fact that they sell speed queen appliances should tell you all you really need to know. And if you don't understand what that means go google it. Or just save yourself all the trouble and hassle and go to them. They need my review like they need a hole in the head but if you happen to be someone who dislikes them for any reason. You're a loser and should really consider killing yourself. ..just kidding. Don't kill yourself. Just know that you're wrong and try to make it up them. |
