And claim it would be taken off my bill the next day. I just didn't like to be taken advantage of this way and is a weird way to do business. Then didn't call me, the landlord the day of the repair but showed up at my property and started the work. Claims they called the tenant but I as the paying landlord need to be made aware when people are coming to the property. Treated poorly by customer service when I tried to bring this up to the call center lady. Just a horrible attitude and not customer friendly to my needs. Would never recommend this company to anyone! |
