Rosalinda Guzman | Took a little over 3 weeks to get my vehicle fixed only to have to take it back instantly for more “unseen” repairs. It's almost been a year and I am still having trouble with the vehicle. I didn't dare take it back a 3rd time. The office staff ladies were extremely courteous....2 thumbs up to them. |
Beaux Dee | We had no problems. They did a great job on our vehicle''s bumper. Very good customer service as well. |
William Cothran | Had another shop quote me 900 to fix my car. He had to take off for a few weeks so I called this shop. A guy named Jacob answered and said he would pick my car up from the other shop for free and give me a quote. Jacob quoted me for 5600 to fix my frame which isn't that badly damaged. That wasn't even including installing the bumper and radiator that I already bought along with a radiator support. I told him that was too much so I'll pick it up along with my bumper and other parts. I get there to pick up my car and seen my bumper wasn't with my car so I asked where it was. Jacob told me that he never got a bumper and tried to blame the guy at the other shop for it being missing. I called the guy at the other shop and confirmed that Tino's tow truck driver picked it up. I had to put my phone on speakerphone to get Jacob to talk to the guy at the other shop. Jacob said that it didn't prove that he had my bumper and made no attempt to look for it because he was so sure he didn't have my bumper. Jacob even asked me "what would I do with your bumper?" I don't know? Maybe use it considering he is in charge of a body shop! I then sat in the parking lot and called the cops. After being on the phone with the cops for ten minutes and in the parking lot for 20 minutes someone with my bumper comes walking up to my truck and ask if this is my bumper. I get home to see my emblem on my trunk was gone. My car was messed up in the front, not the back. I find it very odd that the emblem was gone and Jacob was so set on telling me he didn't have my bumper. If I would of left right away, instead of calling the cops and waiting in the parking lot, I would of been out a brand new bumper along with my emblem. This whole situation could have been a misunderstanding and coincidence but I doubt it. Either way 5600 for the repair is WAY too high. I got my car back and got another guy to do the job for 1300 including putting my bumper and hood on along with minor fender repair. |
