Appliance Repair by Bud’s Appliance & Refrigeration Services in San Marcos, Texas

Bud came out to our home to repair our Viking Range Top stove. He told us he is a CERTIFIED Viking repairman. He isn't. The first time Bud came to our home to evaluate the situation, he was in & out within 5 minutes. When I questioned him about the quick visit - he didn't even pull the range out to inspect the unit - he told me that he knew what the problem was, and would order the parts and be back when the parts arrived. It was several weeks between visits, and I had to call him three times to schedule a return date. On Bud's second visit, he brought the new parts and worked for seven 7 hours on our range. During this time, he dropped items and gashed and ruined our cabinets. He apologized and said he would handle having them repaired. He didn't. At the end of his visit, he asked me to come into the kitchen so he could show me that the OVEN was working. I said, “You mean the stove top?” He said, “No, the oven.” I said, “Nothing was wrong with the oven. The stove top is why you are here.” Needless to say, Bud left and we've never heard from him again. We have had to hire additional servicemen because Bud left us with a Viking range that is not only NOT REPAIRED, but, it's in worse condition than it was before Bud and Bud's Appliance & Refrigeration showed up. My advice: DO NOT HIRE BUD!
