| d le | I called Clara on Monday to set an appointment to fix my LG refrigerator. She gave me an appointment on Tuesday from 1-5pm. On Tuesday, I called her to confirm. She said that she didn't have the authorization from LG. I asked why she didn't tell me so that I didn't have to wait. She simply said that her company cancelled this appointment without noticing me. I told her that I wanted to talk to her manager and she said that she was the manager a manager answered the call? No wonder how many technicians this company has so that it has to cancel it promised . In my opinion, she is a liar. This company cannot be trusted. I will never work with this company. |

They made me wait over eight hours to come the first time and the second an additional eight hours plus and they did not fix the ice maker when I rescheduled and waited an additional day and they never showed up. Called the company and they said they never had an appointment and the warrenty the tech is named Daniel. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT QUALITY OR SERVICE. |
