They ordered the parts and then I get a call saying that my warranty provider wanted to just replace my washer. I contact A&E at least 10 times scheduling pickup of the old parts before they get them. Now it's been over a year later and I continually get bills from them for the parts even though I've called multiple times telling them that they already picked up the parts. |
