| Viking Valkyrie | Called for a new ice maker. Got a super long sales pitch for the service plan, and these people don't quit even when you tell them you're not interested...sooo annoying! They did set up an appointment for the same day to fix my ice maker though, which I was pleased with. Said they'd come between 1 and 5, and I got a call from the service tech around 2. Stephen showed up promptly, and the change out of my ice maker only took about 20 minutes. I was quite happy until I saw the bill. 630 for a new ice maker and bin!? I searched online for the ice maker and couldn't find it for over 50... the bin runs about 30 so, you do the math on what the labor cost is...I also had to endure the sales pitch for the service plan AGAIN. Won't be using thier services again. Ever! |
