InFix masters are wonderful at repairing refrigerators. Master explained all the problems clearly to me and showed me what was wrong. Then he followed through and did everything he promised and rebuilt our refrigerator. It now works great, like new. He even called me back to make sure everything was working properly and told me how to check it out. Highly recommend!

The guys are so polite and nice, but the service is horrendous. My gas dryer was not heating. I called them and Art came to diagnose it. I paid the diagnosis fee that was supposed to go towards the repair fee. He made a call to check on part availability and said the part was in the warehouse. He said that I should call my gas company and have them come and check the gas pipe because it also could be that is was not getting gas from the main gas pipe. Gas pipe was perfect. So I called back. The person on the phone said they would call me when they had the part on stock. I thought the part was in stock, but whatever, gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited because they could have used the part with someone else. Three weeks later, after leaving a couple of messages, Sam answered the phone and said friday someone would come because the part was not there yet, that they would get it delivered before friday. No show. The following week, I called again and a lady answered and said someone would call me that same day. No call. I called back and sam said he would come personally the next day. He showed up, a few minutes late. Which doesn't bother me, because I know how Houston traffic can get. I told him that if he can't fix it, to please be honest and tell me so I can move on and make a decision of either get someone else or buy a new dryer. He apologized for all the run around. That same day he left because they had the wrong part. He said he would send one of their guys with the right piece to fix the dryer. They came back hours later, worked on it for a while, said they would come back with the right piece because they got the wrong one again. The guy left eft that day and said he would call the next day to come again. Never heard from them again. Never got my dryer fixed, lost my money and energy with them.

I needed dryer repaired, was looking for the best service at the lowest price and didn't know who to call. I took a chance on Infix despite some negative reviews and it paid off! Same-day repair: technician was punctual, he explained that it was mechanical vs computer malfunction and that I didn't have to pay if the a repair was incorrect, he located and picked up the part, and the repair was successfully completed that evening! BTW Sam was awesome!
