I recently asked Bruce to work on some modifications in my kitchen. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very precise in the work that he did for me. I really like how communicative he was in setting up the appointment, making sure that expectations were properly set, and he was great about keeping me updated. Couldn't be happier.

Bruce came to our home and replaced a bad water heater. There were a few extra problems that came up and he worked through them easily. He will answer questions and make sure you are informed and help you make good decisions. Also will help you do it yourself if something easily done and not requiring his service.

Bruce helped solve our issue over the phone. He listened, diagnosed, explained the problem. We were prepared to pay him to come out, but he ensured a future call because he used integrity. We'll use him again.
