Appliance Repair by Sierra Mobile RV in Port Isabel, Texas

We came into town and had an issue with the water heater in our new RV. We went into the store, my husband thinking it was a simple part to fix, and spoke with Joseph. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and asked us more questions about what the problem was. We discovered it was not what we had thought. He offered to come out and take a look for us. He did so immediately. He got us the part we needed and installed it right away. He was pleasant, fast, and reasonably priced. I could not be happier that he was there to help us. This level of service is so rare anymore. I could not recommend them more!!!! Thank you so much! You saved our vacation and our anniversary!!!

They cancelled on us three times. We sat around all day waiting, we finally had to call them. First cancel part not in, second cancel they said the weather was bad and it was a clear day, third time they called in the morning to cancel because part wasn't in, half an hour later they show up. We had a new sewer handle put on, it's leaking. They didn't screw the underbelly on right when done. We ended up losing it going down the highway. This all cost us over 300 dollars and now my husband has extra work to do.
