| Susan P | My husband and I were on our way to South Padre Island when our windshield wiper on the driver's side quit working. We stopped in Kingsville and were told by a mechanic we needed to go to the Toyota dealership in Harlingen. The dealership did not have any appointments so I began calling car repair places in Harlingen and Port Isabel. I was immediately impressed by my conversation with this repair shop. They told us to bring it in and they could look at it and order any needed parts from Toyota. When we got there the owner came out and found that it was simply a loose bolt. He tightened it. We asked how much we owed and he said 5! My husband gave him that and then some for saving our trip. When we got to the hotel where we regularly stay the manager said she uses this repair shop. It is obvious that the owner is a kind man who likes to help people. He was a blessing to us today. |
