Each time it was around 10 30 at night before he could get to our house. The 1st time we rescheduled because the part had not come in only to have it be the same when he came a few days later. This is totally inexcusable! Between 1-5 should be exactly that! Please don't send your gee I'm so sorry, you know exactly what is happening. I regret our last purchases from sears. |
