We came in originally to see a all black on black regular ford fusion but unfortunately we had to go out of town and we got back to the news that it got sold. Casey didnt give up on us, he sent me pictures of all the ford fusions he had available and this one white ford fusion tantanium popped out and we decide to go take a look at it. We loved it but unfortunately it was white and we really wanted a black one. Casey made it happen, he found us the car we wanted w all bells and whistles. But he needed some time since he found it in Pennsylvania and had to get it shipped down to Texas. Over all experience Casey did a awesome job taking care of us. A complete 100. I am happy w my purchase totally recommended you to come to Stanley Ford in Pilot Point and ask for Casey. |
| Laverne Bialas | We just purchased a 2019 F150 from Shelby at Stanley Ford, Pilot Point, TX. What a great experience it was. We had no intentions in buying a new truck at this time but once Shelby met us in the parking lot that's when it all changed. We had no idea Shelby was a new employee because he answered all our questions and was extremely patient with us. We left there and still were not planning on buying a truck but Shelby kept in touch with us and we went back the next day and decided to sell our two cars and purchase a new truck. From the time we arrived till the time we left the dealership, it was a pleasant experience. The whole crew at Stanley Ford is awesome. We are so thankful for Shelby working with us to get a great deal. My husband and I both give Stanley Ford and Shelby 5 stars. What a fun experience it was. | Dusty Burkhalter | Overall experience at Stanley was pretty good. Both salesperson and sales manager I felt were honest and worked to help me get a good deal. There was never any pressure from my salesperson at all. The finance department is why I gave Stanley 3 stars. I would however shop them again in the future, but would be more cautious in dealing with their finance department. |
