| Shelby Walden | DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Jose was sent to me by Sears....he charged me 69.37 "for a drier valve & filter"...he DID NOT fix a drier...he was here to fix a refrigerator. I also found out that I wasn't supposed to pay him ANYTHING....that all charges were supposed to be coming from Service Live I'll never get that money back. On top of that....My refrigerator is STILL NOT WORKING after having paid Service Live 363.00 and Jose 69.00....and has now been out of service for 2 weeks due to Service Live not being able to schedule another company to come until 3/2. I left Jose a voice message several days ago...and he still hasn't returned my call. I didn't even mention the fact that he didn't bother to call and let me know that he wouldn't be getting to my house until 4pm...when he was supposed to be here between 8-12....and I had been waiting for him the entire morning. If you are foolish enough to still hire this person.....you will regret it. |
| Gabe Ahn | Incompetent and unresponsive on followup requests to come back and fix issue. This was through Select Home Warranty and promptly request another service provider unless you like to waste your time and money. |
| Ky Meuse | If you like no call no shows then this is the guy for you! I for one don't like my time being wasted. He also told Sears he scheduled and showed up for an appointment. I wasn't in on said scheduled appointment but so happened to be home sick all day to confirm no show, plus I have the ring doorbell to prove this! |
