| Amber Askew | My husband and I went to another rent a center before going to the rent a center on 1651 N county road west. So we walk in the the first one its maybe 5 or 6 minutes away from our house. Expecting to be greeted as soon as we walk in and nobody came out from the offices to greet us. We my husband and I have been in the store for roughly five minutes now and still nobody made an effort to greet us or see why we came came in that day. We decide to leave and try another one. That's when we get to the rent a center 1651 N and before the entrance door shuts we have been greeted, asked if we needed some time to look or if we already knew what we wanted. We look around and spotted a fridge, stove, and an entertainment center with a TV that we really liked. Well we go up to the counter and we start talking to Mike. My husband and I love good conversation and an easy going attitude. We talk to mike for a few, we show him what we are looking at what we must have and what could wait if it came down to it. Needless to say we have the entertainment center, tv fridge, and stove thanks to mike and his crew. If you want to feel like family, and feel like an actual person and not just a bank then go to 1651 N County Road west odessa, tx and talk to mike. I would refer anyone in a minute to go and gave the experience that my husband and I had with mike. I wish I could rate them 100 in stars but five is all that is allowed to rate a business on here. If you are in the mood to get new furniture or just need an upgrade go there and tell mike that amber and josh sent ya. |
