| Jay Arnold | About a week ago I called to make an appointment to check my A/C system on my truck. Understanding that I waited until it was hot outside, I expected to wait awhile. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was extremely polite and helpful. While knowing he might lose money, he gave me some pointers to help me troubleshoot the issue. I was able to fix the issue, but because he was so helpful and honest. If something had gone wrong I would have taken my truck there in a heartbeat. For the reviews crying about their bill or issues later, there are a ton of things that can go wrong and some cars/trucks are harder to fix. Mr. Auto is my recommendation, you cannot trade honesty and professionalism for a cheap fix. Thank you again!!! |
