Excellent customer service. Called out on Labor Day because the condenser would not come on on our central air unit. Within 15 minutes, Aaron had identified the issue, installed the replacement part, and had us operating again. Highly recommend!!!

The feedback I left before disappeared. How about that. These people ripped us off. Left us with a mess in a new construction house. Probably about a third of the electrical doesn't work and much of what is completed we did ourselves....too numerous to mention individually all they did. We purchased a heat pump heat unit and called them 3 times that the heat pump was not working that the emergency backup heat was on all the time and they didn't come back to fix it. Then the weathwr moved into a/c weather and a/c didn't cool. Called another Electrician to fix and learned first the a/c didn't work due to no freon added. That Electrician added 4 pounds of freon...and then at that time he informed us we did not have a heat pump unit. He showed us how we could tell...so these people lied and installed a different unit from what we contracted for and paid for. No wonder they wouldn't come fix the heat pump..there was nothing to fix except to explain their lies. I would never use them again and definitely would not recommend anyone that leaves a mess and lies. I have been told they have a business name change now to Nocona Heat and Air. We did learn from the electrician that gassed up our unit we were not the first they left in a mess and he showed us pictures of another couples house he had to fix from Aaron's mess. It looked like pictures in our attic of duct work not connected just laying loose in attic with our heat air flowing out in attic and other messes...to much to describe.
