Stay away from this place, we gave them a chance because we needed a refrigerator without waiting days for delivery. They sell appliances without warranty, my fault right? They display nice and fullly working appliances that they've pieced together to work!! I brought a fairy nice looking Samsung refrigerator from these people the displayed refrigerator had maybe a few scars on the sides keep in mind none was on the front and it was working perfect at the shop! We decided to purchase the refrigerator from them so we wouldn't have to wait for a delivery date since we just closed on a house and need somewhere for our food to be kept, after buying the refrigerator and paying almost an extra 200 for the delivery it arrived to us and they state don't plug it up for 2 hours for some crazy reason not only did it not work it showed up beaten to hell all for them to tell us it's not their fault... brought a refrigerator from conns brand new had it delivered same day worked great!!! These people have horrible services stay away!!!

Do not use this company. I needed a repair quote for my dishwasher under warranty. They told me it would cost 80 to come out to my home to do this. When he got there, he wanted to charge me 150. I told him I wasn't paying that amount. He gave me a quote which I sent to my warranty company. They needed to know what caused the problem with the dishwasher and he hadn't put that on the quote. They refused to talk to the warranty company. When I called to ask them what is going on. I was told they wouldn't release this until I paid an additional 125.00 to them plus 4 since it would be over the phone. I've never dealt with a company who did this. They even claim to be Christian. DO NOT USE. I'm adding additional information - The owner sent me a response to my review. She said she was interested in knowing more about what happened. When I called her to tell her I had not asked her technician to lie to the warranty company regarding what was wrong with the dishwasher, but in fact it was her service technician who volunteered to not put that information on the receipt because it would not be covered under warranty if he did. Also, she said I was informed about the fee for the warranty company quote. When I told her I was told 80 for this she accused me of lying. She had no desire to discuss anything with me. Do Not Use This Company.
