Colair did an amazing job replacing our HVAC unit. After calling several places for estimates, I found Colair being the most competitive and I could tell they actually wanted our business. Others companies simply either didn't show up or didn't seem too eager to get our business. Ruben really is a genuine person and exceeded our expectations on all levels. Great service, communication, and professionalism from beginning to end with this company! Our home needed brand new AC duct work. Alberto sales rep was thorough and patient in explaining what we had and what we needed. Work was done in a day and a half. We got our unit serviced for PM with these guys as well. Called several companies to get a complete install in my home. A few never sent people for an estimate, a few couldn't do it. Colair was here within the hour, were straight to the point and matched the best price from a competing company while also offering more with the price. The owners of the company came by to make sure everything was going to get done 100 and taken care of properly. Minutes later, they sent their agents over with the paper work, no runaround. Next couple of days, the employees were here getting straight to work. No joking around, no small talk with each other. Just straight up professional work. Price was extremely affordable, got several calls to welcome me to the Colair family and was assured by the person who sold me the unit, he'd be a phone call away if I ever needed anything.
