Appliance Repair by All Hours Appliance Repair in Midland, Texas

took almost 2 months to come a repair my washer and dryer, made the washer leak worse and didn't even put all the parts back on. used the wrong screws on the dryer and bent up the holes for the hinges. Had order an entire new front for the dryer. company should be embarrassed for the people who work for them.

My story is the same as everyone else's story. No one answers the phone when needed. When they do, they say my part is in and schedule someone to come by "between 12:00 and 2:00". No one ever comes by. When I call, the lady says she had me confused with someone else and I wasn't supposed to have an appointment. The part was ordered about almost 2 weeks ago and was supposed to be in in a couple of days. They claim to be coming today between 12:00 & 2:00. I will believe it when I see it. I have no idea why my warranty company would continue to use someone that has so many bad reviews and horrible feedback. I will never use them again.

I realize that other people have had tough experiences with this company but ours has been great. The serviceman came in a timely manner and called before he showed up, which is always appreciated. He methodically diagnosed our dishwasher and explained everything he was doing as he did it. He recommended products that would help keep our machine running well, despite our very hard water and he cleaned up the water that came out of the machine as he was working on it. Thanks, All Hours Applicance Repair, for being the first contractor we've used in Midland that didn't make us feel like we were being taken for a ride.
