| Israel T. | I am having the worst experience with these place. When my washer broke down, Home warranty of America recommended them to me and sure enough Edwin came out to take a look at it. The minute it was diagnosed it wasn't repairable they failed to notify me and I had to follow up to find out. It's been close to two weeks and I am still without a washer and Home warranty of America keeps informing me they have yet to receive the diagnosis of the washer. When I call Edwin he keeps telling me to call his wife Karla. I have tried numerous times calling her, left her messages, and even tried texting her as Edwin has advised me and no luck of getting a hold of her. When it comes to customer service, they seem to not take care of the customer or have the decency of returning a call. I would not recommend their services at all nor will be recommending them to anyone. Stay away from this place. |
