I have used r&r twice now. Both times with a young man named Levi. He was very professional and also very kind. They do house calls and that alone is awesomely convenient. Would definitely recommend to anyone & everyone.

Possibly the worst customer service I've ever received. They were scheduled to perform a repair on a Frigidaire cooktop that was under warranty. We did not choose this company; they were chosen through the warranty department at Frigidaire. We were scheduled for service on a Monday morning 8-12. They no called/no showed. I called them later that day to see what happened, and they seemed annoyed that I had called. They said they were busy and could try to fit me in that Wednesday morning. Again, Wednesday morning came and went, no call/no show. I didn't bother to try to reschedule with them again, and instead called Frigidaire to ask for another service company. This company is incredibly unprofessional.

Used this company years ago. Called two weeks ago to get my washer looked at, young gentleman came out with his helper diagnosed it and ordered the part. Levi called the next day to let me know the part didn't show up next day like we talked about. He came out the following day and finished the job. Reasonable prices.
