He explain to me in detail everything about our unit and the options that we had moving forward. He answered all my questions and never seemed annoyed by my ignorance on HVAC systems. We even had a small gas leak that he was letting us know needed to be repaired and after a quick inspection he realized that it was a quick fix and did it on the spot for free. You just don't get this kind of service everywhere anymore, so when it comes time to replace our unit we will definitely be doing it with Country Air and I will request Zach be the technician. |
