| David Taylor | WARNING, AVOID LULING APPLIANCE REPAIR I called this company on 5/23/17 and set an appointment to have my washing machine repaired, I was told the visit was scheduled for Friday 5/26/17 between 11 and 12. At 1:14 no one had shown up or even called, so I contacted Luling appliance repair again, I was asked for my address and type of machine I had, which I had provided to them when I set the appointment, and I was advised the repairman was on his way and would be at my house within 30 minutes. At 1:43 I received a call from a person claiming to be the repairman, he asked where I was located, I told him, I asked him when he would show up and he advised me in 20 minutes. IT is now 5:43 PM, no call no show. What a waste of time to sit at home all day waiting for the repairman who never shows up. Save yourself time and frustration and NEVER use Luling Appliance Repair.. |
