I called Wolfforth Appliance and reached the technician/owner, Earl Bates, explained our problem, a refrigerator on a construction job site out of town. We scheduled the call, he told me his base price, he completed the work at that promised price quoted over the phone and didn't charge me a trip fee for 40mins out of town!. On service day he'd been delayed but called me to let me know when to expect him shortly and was truly the NICEST gentleman to work with. He called back to check on the unit the following day--an old one that needed freon. He believes in actually WORKING to make your old appliances work again! I will wholeheartedly recommend him. Just good old down home service that you can trust!!! |
