Run!!! I bought a washer from Nippers and I tried to return it within that same hour. When washing 4 towels in their high capacity washer, it started shaking and walking down the hallway of my apartment with water gushing out. They said I had to trade it and I was not able to return it. But, they said they didn't have anything available to trade unless I wanted to paid another 200.00. Their repair guy said it must be the laundry detergent or to evenly lay the towels around the tube of the washer. Never in my life have I had to arrange my laundry constantly while washing clothes on the spin cycle. This place is a joke.

had fridge repaired for not cooling. got fridge back and fridge would not shut off, and froze everything no matter what setting. not wanting to take fridge back to them because i was told it would cost me more money to figure out what the issue was, i decided to have a look myself and found that while they did fix my fridge by putting in a new thermostat they never actually installed it and left a piece of wire in place of the thermostat which caused the fridge to stay running and left the new thermostat sitting in the housing right next to the bare wire. i installed the new thermostat myself and fridge has been working great ever since. i have not been back to them since then, because i feel i paid for somthing i didnt get and could have fixed myself for much less money and wasted time.
