| Jeff Seal | Judd arrived and was very professional and courteous. He got right on the issue and after about 30 minutes checking, diagnosed the problem as the Nest thermostat. Unfortunately, I called Nest "support" and spent 2 hours on the phone with them. Judd waited patiently for an hour and 40 minutes and we ran test after test and resets per Nest requests to no avail. I finally told Judd to go home. It was almost 7 pm. AC Contractors has always done us a good job and has good technicians. Judd exemplifies the quality of techs they have. PS: I finally got them to replace the Nest thermostat...I think. |
