| Rhea Brown | I went to Vogel furniture to look at mattresses and was approached by a sales man by the name of Donald, I asked if I gave cash would he work a deal with me and he knocked 100 off the price of the mattress and wrote it all down, I told him I'd like to investigate the mattress a bit but would be back that following monday, this was Saturday. Showed up monday and he said that the price of the mattress had gone up but they hadn't changed the paper on the mattress. Didn't honor the price he wrote down on the paper and wasn't even apologetic about it. Very awkwardly let me walk off in silence. If you do go to this store I highly recommend steering clear of Donald, he obviously doesn't care about his customers |
