Had to order part from Whirlpool because it was not a part that was available on their truck. Came in next day and came to install immediately. But was wrong part even though was in correct part number box .... Whirlpool packed wrong heat exchange in right part number box ... no way to tell it was wrong part until trying to install. Ordered part again from Whirlpool ... came in next day and came to install immediately. This one worked perfectly. Cleaned unit thoroughly and put machine back together as well as checking exhaust hose. Dryer is working like new now. Thanks for fixing our dryer! Like having a new machine! |
