So they had a few big name shops come out to give them an estimate on servicing the unit or possibly replacing it. But she didnt like the pushy and aggressive salesman those companies sent out. One estimate had a lessor quality unit on it for the price of a higher end unit that the other companies were trying to push on her. So a good friend of mine told me about a new company that he knew about. So i called matt at target temp told him my moms situation with her a/c he came out in a timely matter and gave her advice on a replacement system he quoted a price that was more than fair by far. One thing that target temp has that those companies lack is good ol' fashion customer service and knowledge of quality products.
