| Ana Lorenzo | CSM Electronics is great. I have a large Sony tailgate 350 watt speaker that several places, to include Best Buy, would NOT fix. This shop was recommended from the electronics repair shop on base. At first I was told NO because Sony doesn't sell parts to unauthorized repair shops. I insisted they at least run diagnostics to see why it wasn't working. They did. It was the main board and they were able to repair it at half the cost of a new speaker. It took less than a week. I'm am very pleased with CSM and will continue to do business with them in the future. The staff was very friendly as well and communicated with me regularly until pick-up. My thanks to this business and staff. |
