Took out a deer with my little corolla, these guys pulled and bent that little thing back into shape. Replaced the damaged radiator and had a trouble free ride back to Cali! I'm very happy with their work!

I took my vehicle here a few weeks ago for work. I had it assessed and I received an estimate. It always eludes me why small town 'low overhead' businesses try to charge 'top dollar'. The assessment was incorrect had it fixed elsewhere and it was a single part of a system. Basically after the parts they wanted to install were paid for, the cost for labor was 250 an hour padded by labor and upcharges for parts that they for sure were getting on the cheap. My advice to this shop is to be more fair with pricing - the difference will give you constant volume work like the other shops in your area and the reputation won't suffer. I had a local volunteer that he would say nothing about my decision to go to this shop. That put me on guard from the start but as always, I wanted to see it for myself. Raymond and staff are very nice and cordial. I wish their prices were more fair. I'd do more business here if they were.
