| Gypsy Soul | Horrible customer service. I called yesterday to make an appointment for someone to come to my house to repair my washing machine. The lady told me someone would be by today around 1pm. So when 3pm came around I called to see what was going on. The girl told me she would find out and call me back. She never called back. I tried a couple of times again, no answer but when I called from another phone number she answers and tells me they cant do it today. It would have been nice if someone called me so I wouldnt have wasted my entire afternoon waiting. |
