| Caitlin Remaklus | We called last night for help with a leaking shut off valve. Darren came very quickly to the house around midnight and was so polite and friendly. He capped off the leak and told my husband he would be back this morning to swap the valve. Darren came back exactly when he said he would, fixed the valve, gave us some things to watch for with the new toilet that was the catalyst to the leak. Cannot say enough about this company, they were helpful, punctual, professional, and affordable. We expected to pay so much more for such a late call which turned into a second visit on a weekend. We will be calling ARS & Darren for all of our future plumbing needs. It's also worth noting, Darren was so quiet I slept through his first visit entirely. 10/10 would recommend this company. |
