| Noel G | Showed up two hours late. Said I needed a new part for 150, he would go pick it up and return in an hour. Returned 5 hours later now 7pm. Was on the phone the entire time asking for advice and instructions, after of hours of looking puzzled and bewildered he told me I needed an additional part that would cost 450. When I said a new microwave and install would be less than that. He then tried to leave without putting my microwave back up over the range. When I told him the microwave needed to be put back as opposed to sitting on my kitchen island he acted huffy puffy. He didnt clean up a single thing. The air vent on my microwave was left OFF, the other was literally hanging by a thread because he didn't put it back correctly. He did not secure the top of the microwave, so I giant piece is literally just hanging in place. The upper cabinet that he detached the microwave is ruined. Looks like he could not get it unscrewed and took a screwdriver/knife and tore up all the wood around the screw. The worst. He was about 5 feet tall, 120 lbs and looked to be 18 to do a big man, or two man job. So unprofessional and unreliable. Do NOT use this company!! |
