If I could give a negative -0 I would. I have dealt with this company solely because I have no choice. My home warranty is through American Shield, which is horrible within itself. Hotshot receptionist, or whatever she think she is Margarita,is rude and untrained. Their technicians have came to my home 6 times and my appliance is still not working properly. I have asked for a more experienced technician, and there always a excuse why one can not be provided Such as; he's sick or out of town. I went through American Sheila and demanded another company to come out. However, when Sears technician came, I was told that the Hotshot technicians, had rigid up my appliance so badly, he could not be responsible and refused to work on my appliance. It appears that children is attempting to run this company. Save yourself the trouble and frustration, don't do service with this company.

I had reported a broken oven, microwave, and washing machine through AHS. I was very concerned after reading these reviews when Hot Shot was assigned to address my issue. Everyone I dealt with was professional and very nice. On their initial visit they fixed my oven, reported my microwave as unfixable AHS got me a new one, and diagnosed and ordered a part for my washing machine. They were done in about 30 min. After the part came in for my washer they came and installed it in about 20 min and I have a working washer. Overall really excellent and efficient service

The service was excellent. They scheduled my appointment quickly and they fixed my appliance in a short time and it works perfectly. Techs were very helpful in the questions and concerns that I had. terrific work and very helpful.
