Appliance Repair by Hornet Appliance Services in Houston, Texas

If I could give them a -10 I would do so. They came out two weeks ago to fix my dishwasher and told us they would be ordering parts this was LIE number 1 Told us we would hear back in a week LIE 2. I called today to find out the status of the project and was told someone would call me back quickly LIE 3. I called two hours later and they told me they would have the parts in two days. I asked when the Part was ordered they first said it was ordered yesterday LIE 4. I called my home warranty company and found out they didnt order the part until today. NEVER EVER EVER ALLOW THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME. THEY ARE LIARS.

The customer service is terrible. The fact, it takes way to long to order parts to fix your appliance is unacceptable. I had to go through this awful company because of American Home Shield. I am done with both companies if this is the type of service they accept and the service provided. It is not worth the time, money or energy to deal with this place. The service is unprofessional. It should not take a week to order a part. It should not take a week to figure out when some one will fix it. It should not take a week for the work to be done. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Simple errors that require follow up visits, 6 to be exact. They never arrive between the window. Notification system is worthless. Tech is very sweet but smells so badly that I need to air out my home after he leaves. He smokes right out front before he comes in. Forced to use them because landlord insists.
