The repair consisted of thawing the iced over motor in my freezer among other things. Tony was very Conscientious about the water damaging my hardwood floors. He meticulously helped me clean up my floor as well as repairing the freezer in a professional, timely manner. We also, needed to shut the water off to the house, while he repaired a valve. Unfortunately, I didn't know where to locate the valve. Tony took his time & patience to walk my yard and search the house with me. We actually weren't able to locate it. By the time I reached my husband to find out how to turn off our water, Tony had left. I rang Tony to tell him the location of the water valve and he circle back to my home within about 15 min. By the time he left my house the second time, I had a repaired appliance and he had a customer for life! I highly recommend Tony & Elite Sub Zero Repair. |
