They returned it after one week with a big scratch that wasn't there when they picked it up and it stopped working two days later. They picked up the fridge a second time and it's been almost two months. Over 2 months later and after paying 600 they have not yet returned the fridge with the same excuse each time they called telling them that they are waiting for a part to come in from Austin. A formal complaint will be filed. |

| Hamisia Bean | Very disappointed with this company. I spent my whole Saturday waiting for the owner to come look/repair my oven. He was supposed to come at 3p.m. 4pm still hadn't arrived I called at 4:20 was told he was in my area. Get a call back at 4:30 saying he couldn't get to me today. He asked what about Monday I told him I won't be home until around 6 on Monday he then say well that's too late because we close at 5. Mind you I have waited on him all day Saturday to come out. Very poor customer service and even worse communication to customer. I wish I could rate this company a zero! I'm MAD |
