Seth Oliver | Wanted microwave to be fixed and they came out the first day and didn't even take the microwave apart. The technician touched the side of the microwave then proceed to tell me it was the magnatron without even taking it apart and looking at it. Then came out three days later to only find out it wasn't the magnatron and they had to take It into the shop. That was Monday expecting they would maybe call or come back out Tuesday. Nope no call I had to call them and then got told that I had the set up another appointment for Wednesday thinking my microwave would be here and fixed. Guess what wrong again they called me to not only tell me that they can't fix it but it's going to take them another day to drop of off in the morning. It's been a week without a microwave and the lack of management and professionalism. Now they want to only give me 40 back on my 100 deposit because they said the technician coming out here cost 60 because it diagnosed it. He didn't do anything He was wrong and cost me money and a week without a microwave. Would not recommend this place to anyone. |
Jason Eccles | Had them come out to check my washer throwing a UL code..the main bearing/seal was going out. I already knew from previous experience with this. I gave them the model when I called to try to facilitate the tech having the new parts already when he came. He showed up, checked out the washer and confirmed with me bad bearings and seal. He didn't have the parts and said he'd have to get them in the morning and come back. That was fine..I paid his 60 diagnostic fee + made a deposit on a 300 quote. Next afternoon he called me and said he was wrong on the parts price, it went up almost 200, and his labor charge was now going to be higher. Also, he could not come do the job today as agreed because he couldn't get the parts for 3 more days. I said never mind just refund my money and I'll figure this out another way. They refunded the deposit but would not return the 60 fee. Even though our agreement was completely changed. I ended up taking my washer to an appliance technician in a town I used to live in at considerable time and expense just to get it done and not be jerked around. For less than half the quoted price of AAS. The only good thing I will say about AAS is they were willing to come to me to do the job. Maybe you will have a better experience with these guys..good luck |
ADMIN ARC | Horrible experience. The technician came out said that my refrigerator was low on coolant. He started out wanting to charge 385.00 I told him that I would pay 125.00 which, he accepted. Told me that everything was fine and the fridge never has worked since. Bad service with no follow through. |
