| Tiffani Washington | Alexander's does decent work. Unfortunately their inconsistent scheduled hours are somewhat inconvenient for working people. It makes it very hard for you to get your merchandise when it's supposed to be finished. I've tried for 3 months once to get my shoes from Mr Alexander! My other issue with them is that after you've already paid a deposit on the items you left for repair when you come to pick up he charges additional taxes on your balance....NOT GOOD BUSINESS ETHICS AT ALL!!! |

I paid a little extra for the best soles that they offered and am very happy with there Service and the quality of work was Outstanding. |
