Called regarding Fridge working but not holding temp. Stated would have tech there between 1:30 and 2:00. Tech called at12:53 for directions. No show!! After 3 calls up to 4 hours later with no response....Messages left...No call back to any of those calls...Left message on last call to not bother to come. Would rather have all my food spoil than deal with someone that is totally unreliable!!!

I called and received disgruntled and unprofessional person on the phone. When trying to inquire about service and parts the man hung up in my face. Thank you for helping me not to select your business.

The man and his son came to repair my refrigerator. After inspection he said he had the parts at the place of business and would return on Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m. He never showed up. I paid for the service call and the parts. He did not call when he did not show up, and he kept the money I paid him. He is evidently a scam artist. I called his phone number and he would not answer. I would never call him again. His rating is not worth even a one star.
