| Idolina Meeks | I should have done my research into the reviews, but am from out of town and was limited on time to fix my mom's washer. They showed up on the same day for the "assessment" and ordered the part. However, no one ever called me to follow up--did they received the part? When can they come back out to install the part? Nada. I had to call and leave multiple messages and their email was returned as non-deliverable. After my 4th call, i finally spoke to someone and said they were going out. 103 for the part, 140 for labor costs. Ridiculous amount for labor for 30 minutes of work. Rip off. On the bright side, it's fixed. Next time, i should do my reviews on the business first. Lesson learned. Bad customer service, this is not how you handle customers and do business! |
