| Joy Headley | They were very nice on the phone and wanting to serve the customer. The service techs were nice . I had a fire in my unit on Oct 31 ans it took until Dec 6 to get it replaced and things repaired to working order. But during the time I had to make 13 phone calls and had 3 days where techs were supposed to come and did not show up. They left to get parts and would be gone hours... They brought different people with them each time trying to fix the problem. They did not ever send me an invoice after calling 3 times to get one after I paid over 1100 for the new unit... they have been unresponsive to me since December 7..It They did install the new unit with Improper welding and all the Freon leaked out and it cost 620 to be repaired this week.. They do not answer the phone or have they gone out of business? I'm so disappointed in this company. |
