| dalemmenken . | My first visit experiance was today Friday 4:00pm, after a special trip to this store w my guitar it was "UNFAVORABLE, for my first impression! It's a small, scarcely lit, old store front location. During my interest to check items for sale and walk around , no one acknowledged my presence, or seemed interested in being hospitable in even saying hello. Odd, & uncomfortable for me as I was the only potential customer in store. A male employee behind counter was stringing /tuning up a guitar who was obviously focus-task driven, not customer focused. "Word of mouth" obviously keeps this store open? for now anyways ??? I'll stay w Amazon & free delivery..thx |
