I have purchased from Walt's before & have been always happy with service and products. This time their service outdid everything. I needed very large boxes for a personal project. From phone call to pickup, Jennifer was gracious, kind & teaching me. She showed me how to get the humongous empty boxes into my van. Then, didn't charge me anything! If you want true service & product knowledge, this is the place to go. They have consistently gone further than expected in service & in quality of product. You won't be disappointed by coming bere.

Usually good. But this time they didn't have the best price on a dryer by a wide margin. And they gave bad advice on how to maintain your washer. My current washer has lasted 15 years thus far no repairs. The most common reason a washer fails is the motor burning out due to soap build up on the agitator. I use 1/2 gallon ammonia on longest hot cycle 1+ times per year to get rid of the soap build up. Pay attention to the agitation speed when your washer is running. If it starts slowing down it is time to use ammonia again. Side note, to make your dryer last clean the lint trap out every time and make sure to clean out your dryer's exhaust at least 1 per year. If you don't the dryer has to work harder to "breath" and get rid of moisture.
