Appliance Repair by Lopez Auto Clinic LLC in Giddings, Texas

I came in first thing in the morning because my brakes had given out the night before. They were very friendly in response to my issue. While there, the staff sorry, I'm terrible at remembering names kept me informed of the work progress, a few more issues popped up during the repair session that were of concern to the mechanic. These were brought to my attention and rightly so, as it would have been dangerous to operate without the repairs. These were of a minimum cost increase and justified to be completed. The whole time they were friendly not only to myself but all others who came in. They even brought me some lunch because of how long it was taking, I really appreciated that. I didn't mind the time because I knew they were doing a proper repair job. This is the reason I will always go to a independent, local shop. They treat you like family, not a way to squeeze you for all the money they can get from you. Unlike a lot of corporate chain businesses. They all work like a family there and I will definitely be back for future needs.
