Appliance Repair by LNS Service LLC in Frisco, Texas

Harrison came out to the house to work on our dryer unit. He replaced the heating element in about 15-20 minutes, which is about 2 hours less than it would have taken me to do it! He is very courteous and professional. I can definitely recommend his work!

We called LNS because they were listed as a certified LG service company. We informed the technician prior to his arrival that the refrigerator was showing error codes E on the refrigerator and rF on the freezer. When he arrived, invoice 5785 he asked what was wrong with the refrigerator and we pointed to the codes. Without even researching the codes he informed us that the unit was frozen we had two choices. He could unplug the refrigerator for us and come back in two days, or for another 70 he could thaw the refrigerator for us and plug it back in. When we asked what the problem was, he said "there was nothing wrong , that this was normal and we would have to do this periodically going forward. This was a ridiculous assessment so we sent him on his way. We had really good service from this company for our LG washer, invoice 2536 but this was a waste of good money.

I loved working with this company. A gentleman was so kind. He showed up when he said he would show up and did the job he came to do. I would definitely recommend him for any future jobs!!
